Template User Guide

Once you duplicate the template and import the CSVs, here’s how to use it:

  1. Add your event to the Events database
  2. Connect your tasks and assign them as needed
  3. Fill in your budget items, check the paid box as you go
  4. Invite guests and track RSVP responses

Use the dashboard to stay updated without digging through databases. Check your timeline, mark things complete, and adjust as needed.

If something feels off or cluttered, tweak it. It’s Notion — your setup should work for you, not the other way around.
