1. Add Your First Resource
Head to the Knowledge Hub database and hit “New”.
Fill in these fields:
- Title → Give it a clear, specific name (e.g. “Eisenhower Matrix” or “Atomic Habits Summary”)
- Category → Choose from Framework, Tool, Mental Model, etc. (you’ll find the full list in the Categories database)
- Source / Link → Paste the original URL (blog post, YouTube video, paper, etc.)
- Author → Connect it to the correct person or brand from the Authors database
That’s it. You just logged your first idea.
2. Add a New Category (if needed)
If your resource doesn’t fit into an existing category:
- Go to the Categories database
- Hit “New” and give it a name like “Case Study” or “Marketing Tactic”
Now it’ll show up in the dropdown menu when you tag new entries.
3. Create or Tag an Author
Every insight should be credited to a source.
If the author already exists, just tag them.
If not:
- Visit the Authors database
